Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.

Email support@zuvora.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
